Sarah Yardley

Sarah Yardley has been the Ministry Lead at Creation Fest UK for over 10 years. In addition to running a highly successful summer festival she is passionate about seeing Jesus transform lives and equipping the church in Cornwall. She is also a highly renowned international speaker. Sarah is passionate about faith, travel, reading, coffee and community.

Nick and Becky Drake

Nick and Becky founded Worship for Everyone to resource and equip collective all-age singing in churches, schools and families. It seeks to release the power of unity across all generations in worship - the big family of God. Becky works as a School Chaplain at The Blue Coat School in Birmingham while Nick is ordained in the Church of England at Gas Street Church, Birmingham.

Nick Herbert

Nick is a multi-award winning songwriter who has worked with a variety of different performers in the Christian music industry. His songs have been recorded by artists such as Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Rend Collective, Kari Jobe, Bethel Music, Phil Wickham and Tim Hughes. Nick lives with wife, Ali, and children, Gracie & Josiah.

Noah Gilbert

Noah is the Media and Production Coordinator at St Matts church in Plymouth and is a worship leader, session musician and mixing and mastering engineer at NG Music. Noah has been serving in worship and production teams for 10 years. He is passionate about worship and facilitating all that God is doing. Noah is married to Lucy and enjoys the beach and great food.

Claire Worth

Claire is the Director of the School of Worship, Executive Director at St Matts church in Plymouth and HR Director and presenter for God TV. Claire has been leading worship for over 25 years and has a passion to resource and equip the local church in worship. Claire lives with husband, Paul (below), and son, Finlay. She loves the beach, her family and Jesus.

Jon Hudson

Jon is the founder of the School of Worship. He relocated to Birmingham in 2021 to serve as the Worship Pastor at St John's Harborne. He's deeply passionate about seeing people encounter God and the local church set on fire with worship. Jon is married to Rachel and loves a good countryside walk and watching just about every kind of sport!

Josiah Gillespie

Josiah has many years of experience as a worship leader and pastor at Grace Community Church in Cornwall. His passion is to see local churches encountering, enjoying, and representing Jesus Christ in ever-increasing fullness. Josiah shares life with his wife Sarah and two noisy boys. In his spare time you’ll find him playing guitar or out digging in his vegetable garden.

Lara Moore

Lara is the Associate Director and the Administrator for the School of Worship and is a nurse in the NHS. She has studied worship and vocals at Nexus Academy of Music Ministry and has been leading worship and worship teams for over 20 years. She is passionate about raising up future worship leaders. Lara loves to sing and spend time with her family.

Esther Cole

Esther is a singer/songwriter and part of St Gregory's Church in North Cornwall. She loves nothing more than seeing people changed and brought to life when they encounter Jesus through worship. In 2021 she featured on The Voice and made it on to Team Sir Tom Jones. When she isn’t singing you'll find her at the beach or trying to perfect her baking skills!

Paul Worth

Paul has been drumming in worship teams for over 20 years. He studied at Nexus Music Academy and is currently Head of Drums at St Matts church in Plymouth. He is also the Events Lead at Creation Fest. He loves bodyboarding with his son, is partial to a north staffs oatcakes and loves a fat snare sound! Paul is passionate about equipping musicians in worship.

Jamie Moore

Jamie is passionate about seeing lives transformed through worship in the local church. He has been leading worship and playing guitar in bands for over 20 years. He is currently the Pioneer Worship Minister for St Austell Parish in Cornwall. Jamie shares life with Lara (above) and his two children and on the weekend can be found playing football, at the beach or watching Formula 1.
